E-Claim Submission of Services Rendered

By submitting this claim, provider acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Claims must include complete and accurate EVV clock-in and clock-out records in compliance with federal EVV law and Florida requirements.

  2. Claims must be submitted by 10:00 AM every other Monday according AdelCare’s payment calendar to ensure Direct Deposit; otherwise, payment will be issued by check.

  3. Provider understands EVV compliance is a federal mandate. Services without verified EVV time must go through a manual correction and verification process and will not be paid unless the funding source accepts the correction and reimburses the claim. Provider payment is issued only after reimbursement is received.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delayed or denied payment.
